Comienza el texto: Con el Decreto 25/2023, el presidente de la Nación Javier Milei designó a Martín Rodríguez Giesso como Escribano General del Gobierno de la Nación. La elección tuvo un amplio respaldo en la comunidad notarial local y nacional, respaldada en la amplia trayectoria académica del actual prosecretario del Consejo Directivo.
El nuevo titular de la Escribanía General de Gobierno fue también prosecretario en la primera gestión de Jorge De Bártolo como presidente (2021-23) y vocal en la presidencia de María Cecilia Herrero de Pratesi (2013-15). También es miembro ateneísta de la Academia Nacional del Notariado.
A la hora de los discursos, el actual Director del Archivo, Roberto Mignolo, valoró el aporte que hicieron sus antecesores, marcando una línea de trabajo que ha sido una constante en estas cinco décadas: “El gran desafío asumido por el primer Director, el escribano Jorge A. Bollini, junto a su personal, abriendo el camino para que luego lo continuaran en su función los escribanos Juan A. Tauziet, Alfredo Soares Gache, Liliana R. Bossi, Elena Valentinis de Failla, Carlos A. Marcovecchio, en la evolución del Archivo. Quiero destacar también a quienes colaboraron mucho en la estructura formal del Archivo, como las escribanas Susana Morello Nadale, Alejandro C. Fernandez Saenz (h), Mónica Cataldo, Julio Federico Saavedra, M. Inés Gerli y Carlos A. Rezzónico.
Mignolo también agradeció el trabajo presente que lleva adelante el Comité del Archivo actual, de la mano de los escribanos Paula Rodríguez Foster, Lisandro Barga, Hernán Ferretti, Horacio Gigli, Valeria Seibane, Magdalena Tato, Luzbelia Billordo, Héctor Plaetsier, María Angélica Suárez y yo”.
Previo al brindis, se realizó una Mesa Redonda titulada “Aspectos notariales y registrales del Contrato de Fideicomiso. Especial análisis con relación al estudio de títulos”, a cargo del Esc. Marcelo De Hoz y organizada por la Comisión de Escribanos Referencistas. Participaron de ese panel los escribanos Roberto Mignolo, María Angélica Suárez, Jorge Torrá, Verónica Uviz D'Agostino y María Gabriela Monja.
